richard, it's going to help and first of all, i think the benghazi report was a solid one. it was a huge tragedy losing four of the individuals including the ambassador, but if you look at that report, it says it's an important element, funding from the congress report, for security and our embassies overseas is needed. the state department has a very good, diplomatic security bureau and in fact, one of the four people that resigned, eric bosswell i knew. he's very talented and it's a tragedy...
